At 9 o'clock in the morning, Vietnamese customers and their party arrived at the factory and were warmly received by the general manager and foreign trade team. After a brief welcoming ceremony, the customer went deep into the production workshop of electrostatic precipitator and observed the whole process of raw material inspection, production line operation, finished product assembly and quality inspection of discharge electrode and dust collecting electrode. Customers showed great interest in intelligent production line and strict quality control system, and had in-depth exchanges with our engineers on technical parameters and process details.
In the inspection of finished products, customers randomly sampled several batches of discharge electrodes and dust collecting electrodes, and comprehensively evaluated whether the products meet international standards and customization requirements through performance testing and appearance inspection. During the inspection, customers highly recognized our efficient production efficiency and stable product quality, especially praised the application of environmental protection materials and lean management mode.
The successful completion of this inspection not only demonstrated Dawei Environmental Protection’s robust manufacturing strength and international service standards but also highlighted the vast potential for collaboration between Chinese and Vietnamese enterprises in the global supply chain. Building on this visit, both parties plan to sign a new strategic cooperation agreement by the end of 2025 to jointly explore the ASEAN market and achieve mutual benefits.
