Normal temperature and medium temperature filter materials are suitable for most conventional working conditions.
Features: good mechanical properties, wear resistance and low cost.
Limit temperature: 150°C for short time and 120°C for long-term use.
Disadvantages: not resistant to strong acid and alkali hydrolysis.
Application: The most common normal temperature filter material, which is used for dry and non-chemically corrosive flue gas in steel, cement and wood processing.
Features: excellent chemical resistance, especially acid and alkali resistance. Limit temperature: 190°C for short time and 160°C for long-term use. Disadvantages: poor oxidation resistance (life will be shortened when the oxygen content is more than 10%).
Application: The working conditions of sulfur oxides (SOx) such as coal-fired boilers and garbage incinerators are one of the standard for bag dust removal in power plants.
Features: hydrolysis resistance and chemical resistance are better than polyester, and the cost is moderate.
Limit temperature: 140°C for short time and 125°C for long-term use. Disadvantages: it is not resistant to high temperature, and its wear resistance is average.
Application: Suitable for working conditions with moderate temperature, little water vapor and chemical corrosion, such as dryers and coal mills.
The high-performance high-temperature filter material is suitable for higher temperature or harsh environment.
Features: excellent high temperature resistance, large fiber specific surface area and high filtration efficiency.
Limit temperature: 260°C for short-term use and 240°C for long-term use. Disadvantages: not resistant to hydrolysis (easy to be damaged in high temperature and high humidity environment) and expensive.
Application: high temperature and low humidity flue gas such as cement kiln head and kiln tail and carbon black production.
Features: good temperature resistance and wear resistance.
Limit temperature: 204°C for a short time and 190°C for a long time. Disadvantages: not resistant to hydrolysis and strong acid.
Application: Asphalt mixing, iron and steel smelting and other high temperature and dry working conditions.
Features:with excellent chemical corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, smooth surface and good dust removal effect.
Limit temperature: 260°C for short-term use and 230°C for long-term use. Disadvantages: the price is very expensive, and the mechanical strength (tensile and wear resistance) is slightly poor.
Application: Waste incineration, chemical industry, carbon black and other most demanding high-temperature and highly corrosive working conditions.
