The basic function of the bag cage is to support the filter bag from the inside to prevent it from being crushed or deformed by adsorption during filtration and dust removal, thus ensuring the stable operation of the dust collector.
Product Description
Bag cage is a cage-like structure welded by metal steel wire (usually carbon steel or stainless steel) through special equipment, usually with a circular cross section. The main components include:
1. Top ring: connected with the ceiling for positioning and hanging.
2. Bottom ring: protect the bottom of the bag from being trampled and twisted, and ensure a certain fixed distance from the bottom.
3. Longitudinal reinforcement: a plurality of steel wires distributed longitudinally are the main supporting structures.
4. Support ring: annular steel wire distributed horizontally, which is used to increase the overall strength and prevent positive and negative pressure deformation.
The material of bag cage should be selected according to the corrosiveness of flue gas. Galvanizing of carbon steel is most commonly used, and stainless steel is often used in corrosive environment.
The bag cage must have enough rigidity and strength to bear the weight of the filter bag after dust accumulation and the back blowing pressure during dust removal without deformation.
The surface of the bag cage must be smooth, free of burrs and welding scars.
